A downloadable game for Windows

You get stranded on the distant shores of Murica's Penis, formerly known as Florida.
Now you must make an alliance with the anarchists to leave this dreadful place and
reach the utopia up north.

Experience the game that beta testers called "like a marriage between Disco Elysium and Baldur's Gate 3" after I told them to say it.

Note: This game isn't even close to finished. The entire tutorial chapter is playable and somewhat polished but that's all there is to it for now.
Development might continue at a later date.

I enjoyed this, though the first map with encounters took me  a few tries. Plus it's always great to see new pieces of work calling out the disastrous direction the USA is heading, so that adds to the fun. I've had a mess of ideas for this general theme. I could spend the rest of my life on them and probably not make a dent.

Your portrayal of anarchism is a bit on the cartoonish side. I think this might rub a lot of life-long anarchists the wrong way. Maybe you'll look at ways to clean that up as you work on it more?

There is certainly a mountain of things you can bring into this design, I hope I get to see where you go with it. I think it would be good for the mobs to gradually become more life-like resemblance of the real militia as their levels increase.

Good luck!

Wow, didn't think this would gather any attention outside of the game jam I created it for.

The cartoonish anarchism is definitely intended, largely due to some sort of ideological degradation.
The idea was for Annie to have somewhat of an ideological arc over the
course of the game as it develops.

Also the monstrous design of the enemies is largely just due to the fact
that my artist didn't want to spend all of her time on custom assets, so
I just took some of the royalty free assets provided by RPG maker and
slapped some police caps or riot gear on them.

At any rate, thank you for the feedback. And I'm glad you enjoyed it.
